Overview
William Hill is one of the largest bookmakers in the U.K. Their online poker room is a skin on the large iPoker Network. William Hill offers one of the best first-time deposit bonuses of any online poker room.

Bonus
First time depositors receive a 200% bonus up to £1250. The bonus will be displayed as dollars on the software lobby. This is a great first-time deposit bonus that is among the best in the industry.

The bonus is released in $5 increments for every 350 WH Points earned. This amounts to around a 43% refund on tournament entry fees. Players have 60 days to clear any remaining bonus money.

Promotions
William Hill could stand to improve a bit in the promotions department. For how large of a brand they are, they really don't entice players as much as they could/should with interesting promotions.

Tournaments
There are a ton of tournaments with guaranteed prize pools at William Hill. Their largest tournament is a Sunday $200,000 event with a buy-in of $200+$15. All told, the iPoker Network guarantees some $16 million in tournament prize pools every month.

A strong selection of sit-n-gos are available, including jackpot tournaments that award big payouts to players who win a certain number of tournaments in a row. For example, there is a $25,000 jackpot to anyone who wins 6 consecutive $20+$3.50 6-max tournaments. Notice that the increased entry fee for these jackpot sit-n-gos render them a bad investment for players of nearly every skill ability.

Software
William Hill's software is generally top notch. The graphics aren't the best in the industry, but all of the other software features are nice and functional. Games in the lobby can be filtered with a great deal of precision. The pop-up hand history feature is great for analyzing hands.

Competition Level
In general, the competition is slightly easier here than at most sites. The William Hill sportsbook leads a lot of punters to the poker tables for a few hands. The higher-limit games do get pretty tough, but that's pretty much industry standard.

Customer Service
William Hill offers 24/7 customer support through a variety of mediums. An exhaustive FAQ page may already answer your question. If not, they are reachable by email, toll free phone, and fax.
