Rules

1st card dealt up to each player at cost of ante. Bet.
2nd card dealt up to each player at cost of ante X 2. Bet.
3rd card dealt up to each player at cost of ante X 3. Bet.
4th card dealt up to each player at cost of ante X 4. Bet.
5th card dealt up to each player at cost of ante X 5. Bet.

Variations:
Dealer choice wild card(s) set initially.
7-Card Blind.
